Top rated fans recognizes fans that do three (3) things;

1. Invite other fans to create their fan profile page on Fan Media Network
2. Create content (post their own video reports on their profile page to build their popularity for the next casting call, post their photojournalism and post their blogs)
3. Interact with the content (vote, rate, comment, share, create polls, post events, visit the site frequently and have a complete fan profile)
